54 Hagley Road
Branding, website and marketing
54 Hagley Road is a prominent office development situated on the edge of Birmingham’s city centre. To tackle the changing views on what an office should be following Covid-19, Aberdeen Standard refurbished the open plan offices and created a range of Plug & play working spaces with a combination of collaborative areas and quiet focus zones.
The new branding was designed to complement the architectural angles and lines of the building's impressive reception and communal space. Working closely with the interior designers, I ensured cohesion between the new brand and the building interior. The brand’s colour palette inspired the building's interior finishes and a wallpaper featuring the brands bespoke pattern was applied to feature walls.
To support the new identity, a comprehensive marketing campaign was launched, including a new website, comprehensive brochure, Plug & Play specific brochure, interior and exterior signage, and email marketing campaign.
The new website was designed to provide a user-friendly experience, showcasing the building's features and amenities. It included photography, floor plans, and virtual tours, providing potential tenants with a better understanding of the building's offerings and capabilities.
The full brochure and Plug & Play specific brochure were designed to give potential tenants a detailed overview of the building's amenities, services, and floor spaces.
The interior and exterior signage was placed in strategic locations to ensure maximum exposure and visibility. The signage was designed to complement the building's new branding, ensuring cohesion throughout.
The successful branding, design, and marketing campaign for 54 Hagley Road has helped to transform the building's occupancy rates. The new website has received high traffic and the marketing materials have generated interest, leading to new tenants signing leases, including larger corporate clients, who were previously unaware of the building's high quality and amenities. The new Plug and Play spaces, addressing the changing views on what an office should be following Covid-19, have been in high demand and lead to more floors being converted.
